Rooms For Hire
At Beach Creative we have two galleries, two workshop/meeting rooms, two exhibition spaces and a communal chill out area with kitchen. These spaces are all available for hire at modest costs.

Exhibition Space
The large exhibition space costs £100 per week. The smaller exhibition space costs £50 per week. See ground floor plan.
We don’t take any commission; all we ask is that the person/people exhibiting ensure there is someone there to invigilate between the hours of 10am and 4pm. There is also free wifi in the building.

Workshop/Meeting Rooms
We have two rooms that are available to hire, a clean one and a messy one. See ground floor plan.
The clean one costs £8 per hour and the messy £10 per hour. They are available for artists, or anyone else, who may like to teach a class, run a meeting, etc.

Artists’ Studios
There are currently two half studios available to hire from Beach Creative.
Half of Studio 2. See first floor plan. This is a space shared with artist Paul Mitchell. It costs £60 per month.
Half of Studio 6. See second floor plan.This is a space shared with artist Henry Cockburn and it costs £81.60 per month.
These costs are inclusive of all utilities and wifi.
